Job Description
As a Demand Planning Expert you'll play an important role in handling the finished goods demand planning process as a part of IBP ((Integrated Business Planning) to align with sales and service/cost objectives. This role focuses on sales forecasting, process management, and analytical support for the FG Coffee category in Ukraine.
What you'll do
- Lead the execution of the forecasting process for finished goods, including short-term and long-term national forecasts.
- Oversee the monthly IBP cycle in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Manage weekly forecasts by client and consolidate the national forecast, ensuring accurate SAP/APO/OMP system uploads.
- Lead the Demand Pillar with regular KPI tracking, root cause analyses, and process improvements.
- Communicate with the Global team for IBP, learning calls, and reporting.
- Monitor slow-moving stocks, manage obsoletes, and report inventory provision for FP&A.
- Conduct regular meetings with Demand & Supply Planners to optimize local and import FG inventory.
- Reporting and monthly/weekly tracking, analysis and FY projection of KPIs: FA/Bias. Identify key drivers of major changes.
- Support and participate in initiative projects and meetings.
- Provide regular portfolio review with ABC analyses.
- Participate in the creation of annual budgeting and operational plans.
Qualifications

You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Food Science, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Planning or a similar role, preferably within an international FMCG company.
- Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Good understanding of SAP functionality; experience with SAP APO or OMP planning platforms is considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build collaborative, win-win partnerships.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound business decisions in a dynamic environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience, with the ability to adapt and lead through change.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
